User with special characters cannot be removed

When I wanted to delete some users with special characters , there are some errors info showed:"The user does not exist please select a user from the User Browser", please help to solve the issue.

My JIRA version is 5.2.9;
The user of jira reside in Crowd;
The accounts can't be disabled and renamed;

Could you answer a few questions so I have a better idea of what you're experiencing?

* What version of JIRA are you running?
* What kind of directory does this user reside in? (Internal, LDAP, Crowd, etc.)
* Can you currently disable or rename the account?
