Does pushing via SSH access keys ignore the new branch permissions?

One of the annoying problems with branch permissions prior to Stash v3.10 was that they would prevent write operations to those branches when access was made through one of the project SSH Access Keys.

For example, I had a branch permission to prevent tag deletion:

    refs/tags/*

But this also prevented my build server from pushing new tags up, even though my build server does not use a user account but instead writes to the repo using the project-defined SSH Access Key.

Will the new branch permissions in Stash respect and ignore access made through access keys?

Branch permissions in Stash 3.10 still behave in the same way as in prior versions, in that they will prevent writing to a branch/tag if a "Limit write access" permission is set up. 

There is currently no option to allow SSH Access Keys to bypass any set branch permissions.
