Using Log Work after a certain time of day begins to log work onto the next day?

Question

An issue I am seeing in the JIRA Server instance I use is that after a certain time of day, time entered via "Log Work" will be credited to the next day.

Example:
1. Use "Log Work" on an issue prior to 5PM. Work is logged to the same day.

2. Use "Log Work" on an issue after 5PM. Work is logged to the following day.

Is this a known issue or is there a way to correct this?
