How to add a custom field to the create project screen?

I want to add a date field for project deadline in the create project screen. Can I do this?

I would like to create a text field in the Create Project Dialog (the one with Name and Key fields).

Is this now possible?

project-specific custom fields are not possible at the moment. There's an open issue for that:
