JIRA Startup Failed !!!!

Hello,

I am getting the following error while trying to install. How can I resolve it?

The following plugins are required by JIRA, but have not been started:
Atlassian Plugins - JavaScript libraries (com.atlassian.plugin.jslibs)

You should have an error in the logs prior to that report.

I applied every item mentioned on this page. But I still get the same error. I do not know what I have to do.

Do you have an error in that log prior to that? You should. Check it, you may understand the root cause of it and act.
