Hello,

if i try to create a customer organisation via the web-gui the application throws an error.

I use the latest Jira Service Desk Server Version '(3.4.1).

Error description:

Can someone help me to resolve this error?

Thank´s

I found a recent support case where the same issue was reported. It turned out to be caused by an outdated version of Firefox. Please try creating the organization from a different browser. I look forward to hearing whether that helps.
