Is collaborative editing now live in Confluence cloud?

Collaborative editing is suddenly enabled... Did a user activate it, or is it switched on for all cloud instances?

Thanks David... It was really hard to find that information! I spent much of the day searching, trying to find out why Confluence looks funny
