If I have my velocity.properties file already set to autoreload, I can make changes to Velociy scripts in classes/templates/email/ without restarting Jira.
If I need to make additions to classes/com/atlassian/jira/web/action/JiraWebActionSupport.properties file, do I need to restart Jira even if velocity.properties is set to autoreload?
