What is the recommended method or Plugin to create complex conditional transitions?

We intent to use one workflow for several projects.

But, each Project has his own conditions and it seems default Jira conditions could not handle with several ifs (but only with a complex single if...then).

Which method or plugin(s) is recommended to cope with this requirement?

Conditioned validator from Conditioned Workflow Functions for JIRA has powerful regex conditions. Or you can use groovy scripting with Script runner.

Project could be defined as part of the Condition?.

I do not see it in the documentation.

Yes, any of the Substitution variables can be used in the conditions.
