JIRA label suggestion not working

Hi,

Using JIRA 6.2, when adding labels to an issue, label suggestion is not showing up although labels have been entered.

Is there anything to configure to enable label suggestion?

Oops.

Got it, I was testing on a closed issue, which apparently is not searched when building suggestion list.
