Is it possible to copy JIRA dashboard from 1 instance to another?

I want to copy a Dashboard and filter from 1 JIRA instance to another. Is it possible?

I don't think so. You would have to import the issues from the original instance into targeted instance and use the same JQL to create a new filter on the later.
