SVNSYNC Error

while running svnsync below

svnsync init --username name file:///home/SVN_REPO/backupsvn https://<account_name>.atlassian.net/svn/

I get the following error

svnsync: Server sent unexpected return value (403 Forbidden) in response to OPTIONS request "https://<account_name>.atlassian.net/svn/"

Could anybody shed some light on what could be the issue?

You need to ensure that the user account you're using to run the SVNSync with has:

• application access to FishEye, and
• full read access to the entire repository (including read access to the root ("/") path).
