JIRA Mobile Connect - User counts toward Jira OnDemand License

Hi,

We're currently using the Jira Mobile Connect module, and in the documentation it states that a user with the username "jiraconnectuser" will be created. In managing our account, we see that this user counts toward our OnDemand license as a user.

Is there anyway this can be avoided?

Hi Henry,

I've checked a test instance with JIRA Mobile Connect enabled that doesn't have this account(jiraconnectuser). Could you please raise a support request at https://support.atlassian.com, in order to perform a more precise investigation?
