Is there any option to do it from the webgui(Version 5.7)?
When you say associate are you wanting to move the content or copy it?
Moving the content, our target is to consolidate all the spaces to one space.
Using the Confluence Command Line Interface you ca copy page hierarchy using copyPage
If you move a parent page then the child pages move with it. So, if you go to your old spaces and create new pages that you assign as the space home page you should be able to move the old space home page and all of the child pages as well.
Set the new home page in space admin
