Universal Plugin Manager Question

I would like to know if by having a plugin disabled within Jira UPM that it will still show up as requiring upgrade (or available for upgrade) or if it is excluded.

If a plugin is disabled in JIRA, UPM will still find any new version for the plugin, and if there is any, it will be listed in the Upgrade tab.
