Not by default. We ended up developing a gadget for it in JIRA Server.
I'm looking for the same. Could you share a bit of the code with us or is it not meant as open source? Else it would be really nice if you can just share some tips/directions!
Unfortunately, it is not open source. You can contact Go2Group, if you want to get a similar solution.
In short, we created a gadget that makes use of the same REST API calls that are used in a JIRA issue's development panel. The gadget is just aggregating information from multiple issues into a single place.
