Stash Server not seeing new group created in Jira?

I use JIRA as user and group store, and I created a new group in JIRA and it is not showing up in Stash? Not sure why since I have other groups that show just fine from JIRA in Stash.

If you haven't already, go into the Bitbucket admin, select user directories synchronize with JIRA.
