I have to create Bugs that have separate attributes from issues (e.g. RCA, Severity,Status, Browser). How can this be accomplished?

Define different screens and/or field configuration schemes for the different types of issues.

You should modify or create screen for Bug issue type.

Create new custom field and add them to this screen and voilla!
