Creating a checklist in confluence

Question

Hi,

I searched info about creating checklists in confluence but nothing found so far.

Working at an Accountancy practice we would like to use confluence to centralise all client info including checklist for closing year end accounts.

Typically such a checklist contains an item, 2 or 3 check stages and a notes field. For example:

Item: Estimate corporate tax

check 1: prepared

check 2: reviewed

check 3: completed

I have found plugins where checklist are possible but only where the items are pages.

So I'm looking for some guidance how to solve this.

Hi Sven,

The 'checkbox plugin' might be right for you.

You can get it from the Atlassian market place's checkbox page.

The plugin gives you a 'Checkbox' macro that you use to create checkboxes on pages. In addition to their checked state, the checkboxes can show who checked them and when it was done (great for auditing). You can also set labels from the checkboxes, which can be useful when getting a list of checked pages using the 'contentbylabel' plugin.
