We are using JIRA v5.1.7 and the jira-subversion-plugin 0.10.11.1
Our problem is that the svn revisions are not shown in an jira issue.
Facts:
- The permission "View Issue Source Tab" is given, therefore the subversion tab is shown in the issue.
- The subversion plugin index files were created. By searching with an editor in the index files, the corresponding revision can be found. And they contain e.g. the jira issue info like TST-1
What we tried:
- We created a test project with TST as project key and entered 3 issues.
- Created a subversion repository which links to https://studio.plugins.atlassian.com/svn/SVN/samplerepo/
- But the svn revisions for TST-1 are not shown in the issue subversion tab.
- Because it didn't work, we stopped jira, deleted the index folder and started jira again.
- The index folder was created again successful ... but still nothing is shown.
- Now we enabled the subversion plugin logs and found the following in the logs: /browse/TST-1 [ext.subversion.revisions.RevisionIndexer] Retrieving revisions for : TST-1
In an older "evaluation" environment it worked and there we got another log, which is missing here, e.g.:
[ext.subversion.revisions.RevisionIndexer] Retrieving revisions for : 11194_0003_0008-7
[plugin.ext.subversion.SubversionManagerImpl] No cache - retrieving log message for revision: 56
Does anybody know what we can check or try now?
