Unable to import issues from BugZilla

BugZilla and Jira both are set up on my local machine and I am trying to import issues from bugzilla to Jira and at the end it shows msg "None issues and projects imported." and import none issues.

Any assessments will be appreciated.

Have anyone faced such problem prior? Please help me I am stuck at this point for last week and I need to migrate to Jira urgently.

How have you set up the importer, and what does your log file say?

Hi Satish,

What does appear in your Jira logs during the import attempt?
If something like that appear is very likely that:

Unexpected exception
com.atlassian.jira.plugins.importer.SQLRuntimeException: Table 'test.test1' doesn't exist.

1) The table in fact does not exist;
2) MySQL does not have the lower_case_table_names set as true:

Could anyone help me to resolve this issue??? I am blocked on this import issue from long back, even if I am importing on new machine with fresh setup of BugZilla and Jira and always getting same error again and agian.

Could someone tell me from where it is getting information of all issues and projects to be imported and says "already exists. Not imported". But at the same time it imports all the users
