Clone issue including subtasks in a post-function

Can anyone point me to a solution to do this?

• Scriptrunner does not clone subtasks, and by script I have to copy each custom field by myself
• JJupin does not let me change the parent of cloned subtasks

I am somehow stuck, but maybe the hour is just too late...
