Does Confluence cache gets flushed after server restart?
https://CONFLUENCE-SERVER/admin/cache/showStatistics.action#fullView .
Out of my experience it doesn't.
You can check it by yourself though. With this URL you can see all caches that contain items:
<Your confluence-URL>/admin/cachecontents.jsp
confluence-URL>/admin/cachecontents.jsp
Just try it after a restart. In my case the cache is not flushed.
