Today we have noticed that for a few of out JIRA Tickets our end users are seeing a red popup box containing the phrase "There were issues loading the issue" the ticket does come up, but it cannot be modified.
I have looked through all the logs for errors associated with these tickets and there aren't any, I looked at the lined before and after the bad issues, there is nothing, no errors, no warning, and when I bring up one of the issues, and am tailing the access.log there aren't any warnings or errors.
Any ideas what this could be? What could be a cause of these errors., How do we fix them?
