Workflow Transition Properties and Step Properties aligning

I've set up a workflow step to restrict the assignables list to specific groups, this was successful.

However, the custom transition screen allows the user to select the assignee and this list of assignables, even with the transition properties restricted to match the step properties, will display all users that have the assignables permission.

This also causes a bug. Once the assignee list from the transition screen displays all users, trying to assign from the workflow step will now also display all users. (Instead of the restricted list originally set)

Any help would be appreciated.

For anyone that is found to be in a similar situation, I found that the transition screen applies the assignable property from the NEXT step and does not inherit or use the properties of the current step/transition.
