Hi there, Is there any way to track confluence page views ?
Maybe this plugin is useful for you. It's also very cheap https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.elitesoftsp.confluence.page.tracking.plugins/server/overview
If you are using Confluence Server, ViewTracker is very nice and you might also setup Google Analytics.
The Archiving Plugin tracks page views, and allows you to get automatic reports on not-viewed pages (see below) or even archiving those to auto-remove the clutter from your spaces.
If you are using Confluence Cloud, Page View Analytics for Confluence allows you track page views & get analytics report.
Try using this

Its free and can track page hits.
how to use it please guide me
please give me the steps to use it.
You can look into the documentation of using this plugin. Its fairly easy. Once you install it, it will appear on the tools menu of each confluence page.
