We just installed a new SSL certificate in our Prod environment and it is verified by IE. However upon trying to attach a screenshot there is a pop up message from Java asking whether to trust the certificate or not as it cannot be verified by a trusted source. Is this a normal behaviour or do we missed a step in installing the certificate?
I was trying to upload attachments to this site but it wouldn't let me; it would prompt for the location of the file but nothing happened when I click 'Upload'.
