How to show tickets that are overdue in dashboard?

Hi

I would like to add counter on state eg allow ticket to be in state open just for 2 days otherwise show them in dashboard as overdue.

Any idea on how to achieve that?

Hi,

you can create a filter:

status = Open and status was Open BEFORE startOfDay("-2d")

and show the results with a gadget on the dashboard
