How to redirect from AbstractProjectTabPanel to resource page

I am developing a Plugin referencing the url below. https://developer.atlassian.com/display/JIRADEV/Project+Tab+Panel+Plugin+Module I want to know how to use parameter
described in the section of atlassian-plugin.xml. AbstractProjectTabPanel#getHtml() returns the page contents on a web browser. I think there is any mechanism that reads the contents of as a String instance. But I cannot find any description in the online documentation.

Override the getHtml() as below.

@Override
    public String getHtml(BrowseContext browseContext) {
        return super.getHtml(browseContext);
    }
