What could be the problem? Our company pays each month plugin JIRA Timesheet Reports and Gadgets, but it does not work consistently. We really look forward to your response.

I assume this is JIRA Cloud?  This is something you should raise with Atlassian support at https://support.atlassian.com - the instinct for me is to read the log file and then report it to the add-on vendor, but you don't have access to Cloud logs, so a support call is needed.
