Could somebody write Ad Hoc Workflow that replaces the Approval plugin??

Hi,

The pageapproval macro doen't work under Confluence 4.0.

As an alternative, I can see only Ad Hoc Workflows.

Could somebody write a template using these workflows, that supports:

1. A user can put the workflow on any page they want.

2. A user can specify who must approve this page (a particular user list for a particular page).

3. A user is not a space admin - just a contributor.

That's all.

If you know any other alternative, please share your ideas.

Hi Alex,

That use case works out of the box when you install the new version of Ad hoc Workflows (3.2-beta).

You just simply go to Add > Workflow > Simple Approval Workflow

You will be able to assign the approvers you want :-)

All the assigned approvers will get an email notification.
