Filter navigation not correct with JIRA 6.1

Hi all,

I'm using JIRA 6.1.

Problem:

When I activate a given filter and manage voters or watchers the "Back to issue"-button brings me back to the issue but not to the last activated filter. After the action I cannot navigate to another issue in the filter, I first have to reactivate the filter.

With previous JIRA Version this would work correct.

Is there any solution for 6.1. If not, please open an incident so that annoying "feature" will be corrected in future version.
