Finding a Team Calendar Creator or Owner

jboutin

I'm seeing bunches of calendars starting to get created that are never used. I'd like to delete these. I can see the number of subscribers but I cannot see who created the calendar. I'd like to contact that person to confirm it can be deleted.

Does anyone know how to find out who created a calendar?

Hi Jboutin,

You can refer to this knowledge article that I written before. You need to have access to the Confluence database to find the creator.

Hope this helps!

Kind Regards,

We have an open feature request for this as well we'd like to implement: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TEAMCAL-144 watch that one to stay updated.

To find all owners of team calendars you can use the below query:

SELECT u.username, c.NAME, c.SPACE_KEY FROM [confluence].[dbo].[user_mapping] u,
[confluence].[dbo].[AO_950DC3_TC_SUBCALS] c
WHERE u.user_key = c.CREATOR and c.PARENT_ID is NULL and c.SUBSCRIPTION_ID is NULL;
