Add-on Security and Encryption Licensing Problem.

Question

After installing the license for Security and Encryption - ServiceRocket, it is complaining that "Confluence Security and Encryption Plugin has not been licensed. Please contact ServiceRocket to purchase a license."

Just installed add-on with new license.

BTW: The messed up stylesheet is caused by the new Confluence default Theme, it looks normal with the Dokumentation layout. Is this also only a problem on our server or is this a known issue?

What's the version number? I've tested with v2.3.10 but didn't get the error. Perhaps can you share with us screenshot of webpage showing this error?

Which version of Security & Encryption plugin installed in your Confluence? This issue should have been fixed in v2.3.7.
