Error when accessing Activity tabs on Issues screen as anonymous user

Question

When accessing the Issues screen and trying to click on either All, Worklog, History or Activity tabs under the Activities Heading we get the error below. This does not happen when viewing Comments. This only happens when accessing JIRA as an anonymous user.

The JIRA server was contacted but has returned an error response. We are unsure of the result of this operation.

Hi, I am running JIRA 7.0.4 64bit for Linux and I'm facing the same problem. Here is a part of my catalina.out log

Step 2: is there any error messages into atlassian-jira.log?

Tried that and it didn't resolve the issue.
