I need a system-admin account...how can i proceed?...and importing spaces individualy is not an option...we have more than 150 users and cannot recreate all of them.

Hi, congratulations on receiving full freedom to do what you like. Follow this guide https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Restoring+Passwords+To+Recover+Admin+User+Rights to reset the admin password.
This is only possible because you now have access to the database and other parts of the system.
