This only happens on my personal dashboard; this error occurs when I refreshed the page. The system dashboard does not have this issue.
Are you using a copy of the System Dashboard?
I am using a personal dashboard that I created from scratch. From that scratch, I added the activity stream widget. Initially, the activity stream does as it is supposed to; the problem arises when I refresh the page. Note, the system dashboard is not involved in anyway.
