Labels self duplicates in templates when being edited

In space template view, when the labels edit link is click, any existing labels are duplicated. This happens as many times as the edit link is clicked. I am also unable to delete the labels.

I'm having this same problem on Confluence 4.2.5 Anyone else?

It's a bug.
