I want to move an issue to another project and automatically assign it to the new project lead

When I move an issue to another project, it is still assigned to the old project lead. I would like to move an issue and automatically have it assigned to the new project lead.

is this possible?

I am afraid this is not possible during move. You will need to reassign it after moving.
