How can I create Project Metadata in a post function

I'm using a CLI (By Bob swift) to create a new project using postfunction.

My question is: How can I create a metadata using postfunction in this new project? (Groovy?)

Sorry about term "metadata", I'm trying to create this: https://developer.atlassian.com/display/JIRADEV/JIRA+Entity+Properties+Overview.

Today to control ours "Entity Properties" we are using this ad: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.osoboo.jira-metadata-plugin

What do you mean by "create a metadata" ?
