JIRA+Can I set up Incoming Mail with Secure Pop?

We are moving to Office 365 and would like to know if the POP accounts for incoming email (JIRA 6.1.4) will support Secure POP?

JIRA supports standard POP and IMAP, plus SECURE_POP and SECURE_IMAP. So as long as Office 365 does it to standards, yes.
