Is it possible, in Jira, to retrieve a deleted attachment?

Hi everybody,

i would like to know if a deleted attachment can be retrieved?

When i delete an attachment, is it deleted permanently?

At the moment my attachment are stored in Jira's default folder.

Thanks,

Tsol

It is deleted permenantly. You can't retrieve it unless you have a backup of the attachments folder somewhere!

Hi Tsol,

if you don't have a backup of your attachment directory, I think the attachment is lost.

Best regards

Thomas
