Story being removed from our Project Structure.

Hi Atlassian,

When team members are updating User Stories and/or Test Scenario's so they edit, add/delete some text and then save - the Story and/or Test Scenario is removed from the Project Structure.

I am not sure if you are able to view our structure but I have included a screen shot within the email attachment which (in the activity) you can see a User has removed TNI-381 from the Structure.

I was sat with Barham and can confirm he did not remove it but is was not in the Structure after he clicked 'save'.

Other team members have had a similar experience.

Please could you investigate and provide a resolution.

I can't open the email/image, so I can't see it.

But, what does the issue history say happened?  If a user is certain that they did not remove something, but the history says they did, then it was an automatic action that they triggered - check the workflow and listeners.
