jira support zip file

Strange - I am running JIRA 6.4.13 Datacenter version and wish to geenrate support.zip logs

I am at the Admin section with access.

I do not see the Support Tools link to generate the zip files?

I need the steps to generate a support zip.

Urgent - please help!

Hi,

Please go into Administration > Support Tools > Create Support Zip

It might be a little different on older version
