Integrating JIRA with Microsoft Test Manager?

I'm interested in integrating JIRA with Microsoft Test Manager - is anyone aware of a way to do so?

There is a plugin available in the Atlassian Marketplace - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.spartez.jira.plugins.bork.tfs4jira- although I've never used it.
