Test Considerations stored in Structure?

Products we use: JIRA, GreenHopper, Structure.

We use the structure copy/clone process for feature templates. This gives us the ability to copy in a new template of issues for each new feature we are developing. Now we are looking to store test considerations for the test plan in Structure, in template format, to copy portions into each story within the features. The inclusions are obviously dependent on the feature itself.

Our product is quite mature and there is a large amount of considerations with a many to many relationship among them. For example, categories Car and ShoppingCart will both reference the test items for wheels, metal, steering device. Any advice on how to implement this with the most ease would be greatly appreciated.

The more I look at this, without bulk clone, we cannot move forward with this. It would be entirely too time consuming to go through the copy/clone of a structure to copy in test considerations per story. Also, we would have to let non-admin users have enough permissions to do the copy/clone of a structure. With so many users, chaos would ensue.

For anyone who needs an easy way to do testing with Structure:

We've just released Testy, an extension for Structure that turns it into a lightweight testing tool.

Instead of creating a new structure of test cases (issues) for each test run, a new test run column is added to the same structure. Each test run is then represented by a column of test results.

This plugin would benefit us for each individual project and when we run a test case more than once. However, it does not solve our core issue.

Our product is very mature and as we add new functionality, we have many tests that need to be run say if we add a new object or we do a certain action. We would like a repository inside JIRA where we can easily copy multiple blocks of test cases multiple times to new projects.

We currently have templates set up that we use for structure and they work okay if you want to copy the entire structure. But we need a bulk clone so that we do not have to first copy the test case structure, then individually pick out the test cases we need for that project, copy them, then go back and delete the copy of the structure we created.
