I went into notification help for my issue and the user. Then selected issue commented. It says the issue is ok but the emails come inconsistently. What else should i check. I am a watcher and see comments but i didn't get some of the emails.
are you able to narrow down what notifications that you couln't receive?
Yes, after i went into notification help it seemed to start working.
