Can I export custom issue types, fields, screens, schemes?

I heavily customized JIRA: custom issue types, fields, screens, schemes, workflows, etc.

I would like to export my customizations for back-up.

Is that possible?

You can make a backup of the whole JIRA insance or use the Configuration Manager for JIRA add-on for backing up only configuration without any data.
