Not sure what happened, suddenly the JIRA Capture icon is missing and when tried to re-install, firefox blocked the add-ons. No issue in Chrome.
Kindly advice

I'm not sure if you are on the latest version of Firefox, we know of an issue there we're working to correct. See this question for more info, and a workaround. Otherwise I'd suggest logging a ticket with our support team.

I don't have any issue with Firefox 43. Please update your firefox and test.
