Archiving fields at start/end of sprint

Question

For statistic and management reporting purposes we need to archive the following values for each issue:

* SP at beginning of sprint
* SP at the end of the sprint if issue is done
* Remaining estimate at the end of sprint

I planned to create fields for each of the fields and sprints, like

Sprint1_SP_Start

Sprint1_SP_EndDone

Sprint1_SP_Remaining

Sprint2_SP_Start

Sprint2_SP_EndDone

...

Could anyone tell me, how I can write a script that would do this auromatically (i.e. with a parameter for the sprint)?

This could be a CSV-export to be imported into an external DB

or

fields within JIRA to be used through the JIRA DB model
